About URCA

The formation of Uttarahalli Residents’ Cultural Association (URCA) took place in 2023, initiated by a group of young and energetic residents who came together to promote unity, celebration and prosperity. Individuals associated with URCA are professionals from a wide range of industries, including Media & Entertainment, IT & ITES, Engineering, Banking & Finance, and other core sectors.
URCA aims to organize and conduct cultural events in Uttarahalli throughout the year.
